PM Modi is set to chair a high-level Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting over the Pahalgam terror attack. It is known that the CCSA is the highest decision-making body over national security and peace operations. The CCSA includes the Home Minister, Defence Minister, Finance Minister, External Affairs Minister, and the NSA.
