Naxalites Kill Man In Chhattisgarh, Suspected Of Being Police Informer

A 25-year-old man, Kummesh Kunjam, was murdered by Naxalites in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh, after being accused of being a police informer. His body was found on Chihka-Tindodi road, with pamphlets from the Maoist group left at the scene. Kunjam is believed to have been strangled. This year, over 50 people have been killed by Naxalites in Bastar division, which includes Bijapur.
