Delhi Allows Lower-Quality Wheat At MSP Centers

Delhi CM Rekha Gupta has relaxed procurement norms for rabi crops, allowing farmers to sell rain and hail-damaged wheat at MSP. Wheat with up to 70% loss of luster and 15% shriveled or broken grain will now be accepted at procurement centers. The move aims to prevent distress sales, ensure fair pricing, and provide timely relief to affected farmers.
