The Chhattisgarh Cabinet approved the Urban Gas Distribution Policy 2026 to expand piped natural gas supply in urban areas, aiming for cleaner and cheaper fuel access. Chaired by CM Vishnu Deo Sai, the policy promotes pipeline infrastructure, investment, and jobs. The cabinet also cleared land allotment for a cricket academy and ₹11.98 crore financial assistance.
