Supreme Court Notices Haryana Over Child Rape Case

The Supreme Court issued notices to the Haryana government, DGP, and others on a plea seeking a CBI or SIT investigation into the rape of a four-year-old in Gurugram. The bench asked the police commissioner, investigating officer, and district judge to appear with case records and the magistrate’s response by March 25.
