In West Bengal, intense poll campaigning has escalated as the first phase of Assembly polls nears its end tomorrow. Voting for 152 constituencies is scheduled on April 23. Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari and state BJP president Shamik Bhattacharya held rallies supporting BJP candidates, while CM Mamata Banerjee campaigned for TMC amid a heated atmosphere.
