According to the complaint, the victim’s professional association with Jani Master began during a reality show, and it took a troubling turn when she traveled with him to Mumbai for a project. The accusations are grave and include multiple incidents of sexual assault, such as an assault that allegedly occurred in a hotel room. Furthermore, the dancer claims to have experienced repeated molestation in various locations, including vehicles during film shoots.
The complaint also details instances of physical violence, including an allegation that the victim’s head was struck against a mirror. Additionally, the dancer alleges threats made by Jani Master to ruin her career if she spoke out, as well as pressure to change her religion for marriage. The complaint even includes claims of property damage, specifically the destruction of the victim’s scooter, and the receipt of a suspicious package at her residence, which she perceived as a threat.
In response to these serious allegations, the police have registered a case under Sections 372(2)(N), 506, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The Narsinghi Police are actively investigating these claims to uncover the truth behind the accusations.
