The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a notification warning stakeholders about fraudsters misusing the agency’s name to manipulate students.
The NTA highlighted that some dishonest individuals are impersonating its officials through various websites. The public is advised to be cautious of such impersonations related to NEET (UG)-2024 or other NTA exams.
For official updates, visit https://www.nta.ac.in/ and https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. The notification states that the official websites of the NTA and NEET (UG) examinations are: https://www.nta.ac.in/ and https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
The notification was issued amid a significant political controversy and student protests involving the National Testing Agency and the Union Education Ministry. These protests stem from alleged widespread malpractices, including question paper leaks and impersonation, in the test conducted on May 5.
The National Testing Agency is expected to release the revised NEET UG exam results by Thursday evening or Friday. Following a Supreme Court decision, over four lakh NEET UG students will lose four marks in the updated results.
Additionally, the CUET exam results are anticipated to be declared within the next two days. Approximately 24 lakh students took the NEET UG exam, while about 16 lakh students appeared for the CUET exam.
