ST Student Assaulted In Telangana Government Hostel

A Class 10 ST student, Dharavath Prabhakar, was allegedly assaulted by an intoxicated person at the government ST Boys Hostel in Kodakandla, Telangana, on December 31. The hostel warden was reportedly absent during the incident. Police registered an FIR, charging the accused under sections 329, 115, 351, and 296B of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
