Agriculture Growth In AP Has Increased To 18%: Minister K.V. Nageswara Rao

K.V. Nageswara Rao, the Minister of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, stated that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is carrying out the welfare projects without taking into account the caste, religion, or political beliefs of the recipients. “The objective of Jagan Mohan Reddy is to ensure that the impoverished receive the benefits of all government schemes,” the minister stated on Thursday at a Tanuku Rotary Club presentation called “Why AP Needs Jagan.” The minister, who was the chief guest for the event, stated that all eligible people were receiving advantages from Jagan Mohan Reddy’s governance of the state, which was centered on welfare and development. Rao stated that 32 lakh beneficiaries would have access to home sites thanks to the purchase of 55,000 acres of land. But by going to court, the opposition parties were attempting to obstruct the government’s plans, he claimed. According to the minister, the state’s poverty rate has dropped from 12 to 6 percent, industrial growth has increased to 18%, and agricultural growth has increased from 3% to 12%. According to him, AP moved up from 15th place in the nation to the third spot in education. Among those in attendance were Natha Krishna Veni, head of the farm market committee, and Mehar Ansari, director of the State Minorities Corporation.
