The new Congress government in Telangana, led by CM Revanth Reddy, is all set to revolutionize its ambitious Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), partnering with Tata Technologies Limited to launch courses designed to enhance students’ employability. Meanwhile, this strategic move is part of the Telangana state’s commitment to skill development, aiming to align education with the dynamic industrial landscape by phasing out courses with diminishing relevance.
Tata Tech partners with the government of Telangana to set up 50 ITI colleges for skill development in the state. Tata Technologies will not only provide machinery, equipment, and software for the establishment of 4.0 Skilling Centers but also deploy two master trainers in each ITI.
