Ex-CM KCR Will Chair BRS Parliamentary Party Meeting Tomorrow

Former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) will chair the BRS Parliamentary Party meeting tomorrow, January 26. In this regard, the BRS Parliamentary Party meeting will be chaired by party supremo KCR at his Erravelli farmhouse at 12.30 pm tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the main aim of the meeting will be to discuss the BRS’s strategy for the upcoming budget session in Parliament, scheduled to commence on January 31, 2024. However, the meeting will be attended by BRS members of both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, along with BRS working president KTR and former minister Harish Rao.
Earlier, KCR had successfully undergone his left hip replacement surgery after he suffered a fall at his farmhouse in Erravalli on December 7, 2023.
It is known that, in the recently concluded assembly polls in Telangana, Congress won an absolute majority in Telangana for the first time since the state was founded, winning 64 of 119 seats. The Bharat Rashtra Samithi finished behind the Congress with only 39 seats. In addition to that, the BJP won eight seats, and AIMIM got seven seats.
