Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) rescheduled the launch of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Proba-3 Sun observation mission to Thursday due to an undisclosed anomaly detected after the countdown progressed smoothly. The PSLV-XL rocket was initially set to launch the mission on Wednesday but will now take off on Thursday at 4:12 pm from Sriharikota.

Launching today at 4:08 PM IST from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, the mission features two satellites, the Coronagraph and the Occulter, designed to fly 150 meters apart.
