The league stage of the Women’s Asia Cup T20 has ended on Wednesday. India and Pakistan are qualified for the semi-finals in the Group A category. Notably, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are qualified for the semi-finals in the Group B category, respectively.
The India Women team, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, is all set to face Bangladesh Women on Friday in the first semifinal match of the ongoing Asia Cup T20. The match will be played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
Team India is in a dominant mode, and it has remained unbeaten in the series. India entered the semi-finals after beating Pakistan, the UAE, and Nepal in the league stage.
The Pakistani women’s team is all set to face Sri Lanka women on Friday in the second semifinal match of the ongoing Asia Cup T20. The match will be played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
Notably, Sri Lanka defeated Thailand comfortably by 10 wickets on Wednesday. On the other side, Bangladesh beat Malaysia by a margin of 114 runs, and the two matches were played in Dambulla.
