Bank And Insurance Unions Join Nationwide Strike On July 9

Banking and insurance sector unions, including AIBEA, AIBOA, and BEFI, will join a nationwide strike on July 9 to protest the Centre’s economic policies. The Bengal Provincial Bank Employees Association stated the strike will be total in financial sectors, with over 15 crore workers opposing pro-corporate reforms and anti-labour measures.
