BCCI May Extend Ajit Agarkar’s Tenure Till 2027 ODI WC

BCCI is considering extending Ajit Agarkar’s role as chief selector until the 2027 ODI WC, with his current term ending June 2026. His tenure saw India win two T20 Cups and CT, plus 2023 ODI runner-up, while Kohli, Ashwin, Rohit Sharma phased out of Tests, Shubman Gill red-ball and ODI, Suryakumar T20 captain, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Rinku Singh dropped.
