The BJP has approached the Election Commission seeking action against Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge for his alleged “terrorist” remark against PM Modi. It demanded a public apology, campaign restrictions, and legal action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. BJP leaders will also meet the EC to raise the issue and seek corrective measures.
