India Fined For Slow Over-Rate Against South Africa

Team India was fined 10% of their match fees for a slow over-rate in the second ODI against South Africa in Raipur on Dec 3. They bowled two overs less than required. KL Rahul, as stand-in captain, accepted the sanction. The ICC confirmed the fine under over-rate rules without a formal hearing. It is known that India won the ODI series against South Africa.
