HC Asks Election Commission To Act On TMC Allegation

The Calcutta High Court asked the Election Commission to act on TMC’s complaint over a police observer meeting a BJP candidate in South 24 Parganas. With two days left for West Bengal’s second-phase polls. TMC sought removal of the officer. EC said the meeting was official. The court requested disposal and communication of the decision.
