BCCI Fines Ruturaj Gaikwad After CSK Exit

Chennai Super Kings captain Ruturaj Gaikwad has been fined Rs 24 lakh by the BCCI for maintaining a slow over-rate. The hefty penalty follows CSK’s massive 89-run defeat against Gujarat Titans, which knocked them out of IPL 2026. Because it was the team’s second offence, all other players were also fined Rs 6 lakh each.
