All government offices will remain closed in Chhattisgarh on the day of the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha ceremony. In this regard, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai declared on Thursday that all government offices will remain closed on January 22 until 2:30 p.m. CM Sai stressed that the purpose behind this decision is that all the people can watch the auspicious Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
According to the Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra Trust, the idol of Lord Ram was placed inside the main sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on Thursday. The official media in-charge of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Sharad Sharma, has shared the idol photos. After that, the Vedic Brahmins and Acharyas began the Vedic worship ceremonies inside the sacred precincts of the Sri Ram Temple, and the members of the Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra Trust also joined the prayers.
It is known that the idol of auspicious ‘Ram Lalla’ was carved by Arun Yogiraj, and the idol is 51 inches tall and weighs 1.5 tons. The idol portrays Lord Ram as a five-year-old child standing on a lotus also crafted from the same stone. However, Arun is a famed sculptor from Mysore, Karnataka.
