PM Modi Will Join 3-Day All India Conference In Jaipur
The 3-day conference will deliberate on the challenges and issues posed by artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security, counter-terrorism, left-wing extremism, and narcotics smuggling.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the 3-day annual All India Conference of Director Generals (DGP) and Inspector Generals of Police (IGP) in Jaipur at the Rajasthan International Centre on January 5-7, 2024. According to the latest schedule, the 3-day conference will deliberate on the challenges and issues posed by artificial intelligence (AI), cyber security, counter-terrorism, left-wing extremism, and narcotics smuggling.
Meanwhile, the main agenda of the conference is deliberations on the road map for the implementation of the new criminal laws recently passed by Parliament. However, PM Modi has taken a keen interest in the DGP conference since 2014. In addition to that, the conference also provides an opportunity to identify tangible action points and monitor their progress, which is also presented before the Prime Minister every year.
According to the latest report, the 3-day conference will be held in Jaipur this year. However, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Cabinet Secretary, senior officials of the Government of India, DGP of all States and Union Territories, and Heads of all Central Armed Police Forces and Central Police Organizations will join the conference.
