Jagdambika Pal To Visit Karnataka Amid Waqf Board Dispute

BJP MP Jagdambika Pal, chairman of the Joint Committee on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, will visit Karnataka on Thursday to meet farmers protesting alleged Waqf Board property encroachments. This follows a request by party leader Tejasvi Surya to invite farmers from Vijayapura district to discuss land disputes. The visit comes amid ongoing tensions between BJP MPs and the Opposition over the Waqf bill.
