SC To Form Special Bench To Hear Justice Varma’s Challenge

The Supreme Court will form a special bench to hear Justice Yashwant Varma’s challenge to a three-judge panel’s report in connection with a huge cash recovery at his residence. CJI today said that it is improper to him to hear the matter of Justice Verma. Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal and other senior advocates are appearing for Justice Varma.
