Home Ministry To Vacate North Block In Vista Revamp

The Ministry of Home Affairs is set to move out of the historic North Block for the first time under the Central Vista redevelopment project. Around 25% of the ministry, including the Home Secretary’s office, has already shifted to a new high-tech complex 2 km away. The move aims to streamline functioning and boost coordination among key departments.
