Business tycoon Mehul Choksi has suffered another legal setback in a Belgian court. The court has postponed the hearing on his petition challenging his arrest. Choksi remains in the custody of Belgian police in connection with the multi-crore Punjab National Bank fraud case. Last week, the court also rejected his bail plea.
