The Telangana govt has launched training for 91 transgender people in three specialized skills: car driving, hotel management (canteen chef) and drone piloting, with a fund allocation of ₹17.72 lakh. Held at NITHM, the initiative aims to boost livelihood, employment opportunities and socio‑economic empowerment for the transgender community across the state.
