The Delhi High Court today set aside a stay on a show-cause notice issued to the Delhi Race Club over its proposed eviction from its 84-acre Lutyens’ Delhi premises. A bench led by Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia allowed the Centre’s appeal, overturning the April 24, 2026, single judge order that had halted further proceedings.
