TG Govt Offers 5% Property Tax Discount Till April 30

The ‘Early Bird Scheme’ introduced by the Telangana govt, offers a 5% rebate on property tax payments for the 2026-27 financial year. Property owners who clear their dues by April 30 can avail this benefit. Authorities also stated that payments can be conveniently made via the MyCivic app, along with GHMC, CMC, MMC websites, and public service centers.
