Shiv Sena Blames Congress Overconfidence For Election Defeat

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Ambadas Danve blamed Congress’s “overconfidence” and poor attitude during seat-sharing talks for the Maha Vikas Aghadi’s defeat in Maharashtra’s state polls. He stated that projecting Uddhav Thackeray as the CM candidate could have changed the outcome. Despite Congress securing 13 seats in the Lok Sabha, their hard bargaining hurt the alliance’s chances, leading to a crushing loss.
