Shankaracharya Plans 2‑Lakh ‘Army’ To Protect Religion and Cows

Swami Avimukteshwaranand, head of the Jyotish Peeth in Joshimath, announced plans to form a 2,18,000‑strong force called the “Chaturangini Sena,” open to all castes and genders. He said it would wield traditional and modern weapons to defend cows, Hinduism, culture and society. The launch is planned for Mauni Amavasya next year in Prayagraj.
