A Delhi court has acquitted SKS Ispat & Power Ltd and four others, including the brother of former Union minister Subodh Kant Sahay, in a case linked to alleged irregularities in allocation of the Vijay Central Coal Block in Chhattisgarh. The court said the CBI failed to prove cheating, conspiracy, or false claims beyond reasonable doubt in the matter.
