Women Refuse Cash And Liquor For Votes Ahead Of Telangana Polls

Women in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district pledged to reject cash and liquor for votes after the collector urged voters to choose candidates based on development. The pledge comes ahead of Telangana’s local body elections, scheduled in three phases from December 11–17, with over 1.66 crore voters and reservations allotted for BCs in gram panchayats.
