MK Stalin Resigns As Tamil Nadu CM After DMK Loss

Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Arlekar accepted CM MK Stalin’s resignation along with his Council of Ministers after the assembly election results. Vijay-led Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) emerged as the single largest party with 108 seats, narrowly missing a majority. DMK won 59 seats, marking a major setback. Stalin will continue until a new government is formed.
