A Uttar Pradesh constable, Prashant Rai, posted in Ghazipur and assigned to a minister’s security, was arrested in Varanasi for allegedly raping a woman on the pretext of marriage. He exploited her for four years, forced her to undergo two abortions after she moved in with him, and secretly married another woman in April.
