18 BJP MLAs Suspended For Indiscipline In Karnataka Assembly

Karnataka Assembly Speaker UT Khader suspended 18 BJP MLAs for 6 months, effective immediately, for indiscipline. The action was taken after the members’ allegedly obstructed Assembly proceedings. It’s alleged that they disregarded the Speaker’s orders. The suspended MLAs were seen climbing the Speaker’s dais, hurling papers at the Speaker, and protesting at the Well of the House.
