Supreme Court Slams Air Quality Board For Not Monitoring Situation In Delhi-NCR

Supreme Court came down heavily on the central air quality panel for not taking adequate steps to monitor the air quality in Delhi-NCR. Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) did not form any committee to monitor air quality, contended a bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and AG Masih. “It is all in the air, nothing they have showed as to what they have said to NCR States,” court said.
