Delhi Police arrested 19-year-old Rahul Meena for the rape and murder of an IRS officer’s daughter in Kailash Hills. CCTV footage showed the suspect entering the home while the victim was alone. The accused allegedly used a hidden key to gain entry, assaulted the woman, and strangled her. He was later apprehended at a hotel in Dwarka.
