SC To Hear Umar Khalid Bail Plea Today

The Supreme Court will today hear the bail plea for activist Sharjeel Imam, former JNU scholar Umar Khalid, and others involved in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case. Previously, Justices Aravind Kumar and NV Anjaria noted they received case files late, after midnight, leading to the hearing being deferred to September 19 for proper review.
