₹1.47 Crore Collected For Stubble Burning Compensation

Government informed Parliament on Thursday that over Rs 1.47 crore in environmental compensation has been collected from farmers in Punjab and Haryana for stubble burning as of November 30. This initiative is part of efforts to combat air pollution and address the environmental damage caused by the practice in these regions.
