Swiggy’s IPO was oversubscribed on its final day, with a subscription rate of 3.59 times by 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Qualified institutional buyers led with a 4.49 times subscription. The IPO, valued at Rs 11,327.4 crore, includes 11.5 crore new shares. The price band is Rs 371-390 per share. Despite ongoing losses, Swiggy’s revenue grew 36.1% to Rs 11,247 crore in FY24.
