The Bombay High Court has issued notices to seven individuals acquitted in the 2008 Malegaon blast case, following an appeal by victims’ families. Notices were also sent to the NIA and the Maharashtra government. A Division Bench directed all parties be served within two weeks. The matter is scheduled for further hearing after six weeks.
