RBI Increases UPI Lite Limits To Rs 1,000 Per Transaction

 Reserve Bank of India has raised the UPI Lite transaction limit to Rs 1,000 per transaction, with a total limit of Rs 5,000. The central bank also announced that replenishment of the wallet balance will now be allowed only in online mode with AFA. The new auto-top-up feature will eliminate the need for manual reloading of UPI Lite wallets.
