CM Stalin Wants Center’s Intervention On Hefty Fines On Fisherman By Sri Lankan Navy

Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin called upon EAM Jaishankar to intervene and address the hefty fines being imposed on Tamil Nadu fishermen arrested by Sri Lankan Navy. Last week, 37 fishermen were detained by Sri Lankan Navy, along with three mechanized boats. CM Stalin expressed concern over the increasing instances of fishermen being arrested while fishing in traditional waters.
