Hezbollah Attacks Israel Following Ceasefire Deal Announcement

Hezbollah announced attacks on Israeli troops in northern Israel late Tuesday, despite news of a ceasefire between the Lebanese group and Israel after over a year of hostilities and two months of intense war. The Iran-backed group stated its fighters targeted “a gathering of Israeli enemy forces” in Shtula and Kiryat Shmona, launching “a salvo of rockets” at each location across the border.
