CCI Recalls Report On Flipkart’s Competition Violations Over Confidential Data Leak

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) retracted its investigation report on Flipkart’s alleged competition law violations after Xiaomi raised concerns over the inclusion of confidential sales data. The report, which accused Flipkart of anti-competitive practices, was recalled to prevent further circulation. This is the second such retraction this year, following a similar action regarding Apple in August.
