Sabarimala Temple Opens For Annual Mandala-Makaravilakku Festival

Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple officially opened for the annual Mandala-Makaravilakku festival. This marks the beginning of a two-month pilgrimage season. The temple will remain open until January 15, when the Makaravilakku festival concludes. The temple doors were opened by Tantris Kandararu Rajeevaru and Kandararu Brahmadathan, with outgoing head priest PN Mahesh Namboothiri leading the ceremony.
