The Tamil Nadu government will introduce a new initiative under which travellers can book their tickets through WhatsApp directly. Currently, commuters are booking the bus tickets through the official website, mobile app, e-Seva and franchisee centres, kiosks, and API-based portals. Therefore, this initiative will benefit thousands of passengers.
