UP Govt Forms 4-Member High Level Committee To Investigate Jhansi Tragedy

Uttar Pradesh government formed a high-level committee to probe the Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College fire tragedy in Jhansi. The incident resulted in the death of 10 infants on Friday. A four-member committee comprising members of UP health department was asked to submit its report in seven days. The fire is said to have been caused due to a short circuit, as per initial probe.
