This investment brings the Bachchan family’s total real estate spending in 2024 to ₹100 crore. The properties, located in Oberoi Realty’s Eternia project, feature eight 1,049-square-foot units and two 912-square-foot units, with a stamp duty of ₹1.5 crore.
